« Property was as described and met all of our needs. I do think 10 adult/older kids combo would be crowded but it fit our group just fine. Laundry was great in garage as it kept that noise down from the common area. Could use a few more towels for frequent showers in the heat but not a big problem. We did not use the grill but appreciated having it available. Seating was plentiful and comfortable. Very family friendly and neighborhood seemed safe.
