« The hotel is beautiful and modern which we liked. It did lack in some big areas and I frankly expected better. The toilet was dirty on arrival and I don’t mean just a little. There were dried urine stains over the seat, the toilet, the base and the floor. Not sure how this could even be missed (which I can only assume means they don’t clean properly). It was resolved straight away but we shouldn’t have had to ask. The staff in the hotel were good. However, not so much at the onsite restaurant...

« Had a really good 5 night stay at Tapnell. 5 adults and 2 grand children stayed in the cottage which was great. 2 of our group stayed in one of the Pods which they loved. The grand children loved the farm attractions - the animals, playgrounds etc. The adults enjoyed Padel, the 5k walk, along with some of the farm attractions including the pedal karts and crazy golf.
