„The bungalow is situated overlooking the sea at Southbourne and has some amazing views. Overall the property was clean and the beds were comfortable so did us fine for the couple of nights we stayed. However the kitchen is in desperate need of renovation/maintenance as its very 1970s and starting to fall apart. Similarly the bathroom could also do with some modernisation and the garden would benefit from some work as was looking very overgrown. If this was addressed it would definitely improve ...

„We enjoyed our stay, the house was in a great position to walk to the ferry to see the Naval Museum. The garden and BBQ were really nice. However the house is looking very tired and needs some maintenance doing on it, beds without a mattress protector, dirty and broken loo seat, a cistern on a loo that ran all the time. Pillows that were very grubby without pillow protectors on them. A broken electric whisk, badly chipped paintwork, etc. However the lady I spoke to when we needed to sort out ...

„What a great place for visiting Studland and the Purbecks. Plenty of things to do, even when it rains. The house is perfect for a family and dogs. The children loved the bunk beds and the park over the road. The garden is pretty and secure for the dogs. There is an elegant patio area for outside dining.We love visiting here“

„We had a great time in Poole and that house is a goodstating point for discerning the area. We found a lot of new sites. One minor optimisation would be a bit more storage area in the bath.. “

„Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend.“

„The house was nice and clean with lovely clean cotton bedding and towels, and lots of small touches left like toiletpaper and handwash. There was also a hot tub which was vreat. The hosts were very helpful and also left a folder with instructions on how to use items in the house and the Wifi code. We were staying with 7 adults, 2 children and a dog. We all had a nice bedroom ( 5) and had a great time. We would certainly book it again. It was fabulous. Thank you very much! “
