Settle into the ample living room seating for a movie on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a night with family playing games on the large dining table. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be doing their own thing while still being together. This vacation home is located on the 3rd floor and accessible by elevator and stairs.

The fully furnished kitchen has all modern appliances and comes with all the cookware and utensils you'll need to make a perfect meal after a long day exploring the beach. Granite countertops highlight the modern kitchen with all stainless appliances. A highchair 6 top dining room table is the perfect place to enjoy a fresh seafood meal while overlooking the Pacific. Washer/Dryer is available in condo. This condo has a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. A roll-away twin bed is provided and stored in the master bedroom closet.

Your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a year-round large outdoor hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and play area for the little ones.
