No art work. Would not recommend this hotel to any friends or family. Did not have a free continental breakfast and charged another $30 in resort charges………for What???? »

« Room and grounds were beautiful. Unfortunately roads were being redone and in order to get to cottages a golf cart was needed to get there. It seemed easy early in the day, however, after the wedding reception that we were there for ended they had taken all of the golf carts away. It was very odd. It made it difficult to get back to our rooms. Unfortunate situation but the rest of the property was gorgeous, we'd definitely go back. »

Nous avons été réveillé dès le lever du soleil à 17h30 car il n'y a ni volet ni rideau occultant au niveau de la fenêtre du toit. Il faut privilégier une chambre au rez de chaussée. « The property is right at lake shore in a very quiet area. It's a 10 min drive to Lake Geneva where you'll find a bunch of restaurants. There is is also food options right next door but the reviews aren't the best. The concept of the cottage is good, the hot tub is a nice touch but it is very loud, not sure my downstairs neighbours really enjoyed it as I did. « Absolutely wonderful stay! Room was excellent! Pools were very nice. Great to have a family and adult pools. The food at both restaurants was very good and reasonably priced. Reservation staff and restaurant staff where excellent! There are two staff that went above and beyond. « This is a lovely, smaller resort. A pool indoor with a hot tub or a pool outside, alongside the lake makes it an awesome choice to stay at. We have been here many times, loved it every time! Very good location, on the lake, great staff and 1 minute to the newly redone Supper Club! Close to everything you'd want to do in Delavan. »

« Felt it was an average place to stay. Not horrible but you get what you pay for. We chose it because it was close to an event we were attending. Would be nice to have some outdoor seating. The weather was fantastic so we left the property to enjoy it elsewhere. Rooms may have fresher looking paint (not fan of the blue color) but still feel like it’s dated. Bathroom shower heads need replacing. Bed was comfortable and having a mini fridge with a freezer was nice. »

« Je revenais pour la troisième fois, l'hôtel est toujours très bien, situé et les chambres confortables si ce n'était le bruit assourdissant de la climatisation qu'il est impossible d'arrêter ! C 'est la première fois que je suis confronté ici à ce problème, je me suis renseigné à l'accueil qui m'a confirmé qu'il n'était pas possible de suspendre la climatisation. « The staff couldn’t have been nicer! Our suite exceeded our expectations. We were celebrating our 30 year anniversary and they put a sign congratulating us on the wall of the elevator!
