The newly remodeled kitchen features black stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a marble backsplash. You'll be able to work from your laptop or enjoy a home cooked meal at the island table with barstool seating for up to 4. The kitchen is open to the living area that features entertainment options like an HD TV with Roku, a record player with various albums, board games, and an electric fireplace. The queen sleeper sofa allows the condo to sleep up to 4 guests.
The bedroom has an upholstered queen size bed, a spacious closet for storing your clothing, and extra sheets, pillows, and blankets to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom features tile flooring, a large vanity with a granite countertop, and some essentials to use during your stay.

We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay as long as they are approved in advance. The $75 per pet fee will be charged separately after booking, so please message us directly.
Guests will have full access to the entire condo, a private balcony, and common space in the open atrium in the center of the building. There is a locked owners closet in the bathroom for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded gate, and guests can check in with a keypad entry. There is an elevator in the center of the courtyard for your convenience.
We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking garage located a few blocks from the condo.

To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.
A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.
Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, smart TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.
Cleanliness
Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Respect for Our Neighborhood
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not permitted in accordance with Airbnb policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.
Elevator Information
This property includes an elevator for guest convenience. In the rare event of a power outage or mechanical service interruption, stair access may be required. Temporary elevator outages are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Location Information
One of the best parts of this location is its convenient access to nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. As a result, you may occasionally hear sounds associated with downtown living, including pedestrians, vehicle traffic, or aircraft overhead. Most guests find the area pleasantly active without being overly noisy.
