„I booked a double room but we were checked into a twin with no availability to move. The room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes. Unfortunately the beds were not that comfortable and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. The bathroom, however was beautifully appointed with a lovely shower and basin. Breakfast was nice, although they kept running out of things - but these were replaced with a bit of a wait which was no problem to us as we weren't on a time limit, but could have ...

„Lovely welcome to this charming hotel, we arrived a little early, but our room was ready and was able to park in the car park. Good for visiting open air theatre, love the honesty drinks fridge in the residents lounge. Very good breakfast, would definitely stay again“

„Upon my arrival I received a genuinely warm welcome from Chris and Julie. My room was beautifully presented and very clean with a modern look. The breakfasts were excellent and Chris was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.“

„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„I genuinely think this hotel is just basic. For the price you would expect more better looking interior, freshness/cleanliness or service. It’s got no parking on site contrary to what they put up except street parking. The stench of old rug mixed with moisture welcomes you upon entrance, hallway small.
