„Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Weitläufig. Mehrere Pools. Gepflegt Garten. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Lobby. Schnelle Problemlösung (kostenloses Upgrade)“

„The Alana is a new Hotel, very clean and functional. Small pool (only for kids) can't swim. The breakfast doesn't suit for western guests (only scramble eggs, no sausages, no salamis). As a western guest I m not familiar with "traditional" indonesian foods and those 4-5 types of food. Fruit and sweets choice is very poor, even I can say "it's nothing", need to be highly improved!!! „Unfortunately, our room was not very clean. Also the safe was not working. That's why we contacted the staff to give us a new room. Unfortunately, the next room was the same. So a handyman came to fix the safe and a cleaner to clean again. In the end it was okay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.“

„very very good“

„Tolles Hotel, sehr große Zimmer und Badezimmer. Etwas abseits gelegen, man benötigt ein Fahrzeug. Freundliches Personal“

„Little bit far to the city center.room was small as it has no window.staff were average.“

„New hotel, clean, lovely, very friendly and helpful staff. Near major universities. Located next to a minimarket. About 15 min ride to train station. There is no loop in the lobby / drop-off area, which is a hassle for drivers, creates a bit of bottleneck as cars need to reverse out. Uses Google to connect with front desk which appears modern, but a bit impractical.“

„Was definitely ok for the price, needs a bit of updating though and was a bit unclean in spots.“
