Palmetto Cottage is a renovated 1950s duplex unit with original character, just one house from the ocean on the North End of Wrightsville Beach, NC. This ground-floor 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit sleeps 7, with traditional wood walls, tasteful decor and the sound of crashing waves. Shark Bar, Johnnie Mercer's Pier and the Palm Room are around the corner, and the Surf Club is right across the street. No stairs for entry.

Guest Access:

Guests have private use of the ground-floor unit and two parking spaces around back. Check-in instructions are sent before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Mallard Street on the quieter North End of Wrightsville Beach, a more residential stretch of the island that is still close to everything.



- 1-minute walk to the beach

- 8-minute walk to Shark Bar

- 8-minute walk to Johnnie Mercer's Pier

- 1.5 miles to Wrightsville Beach Park



Getting Around:

The beach is a 1-minute walk, and Shark Bar and the pier are about 8 minutes on foot. There are two parking spaces for the unit around back. Downtown Wilmington is about 20 minutes by car and Wilmington International Airport (ILM) is about 20 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

1. NO EVENTS or exceeding the guest limit

2. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM per the TOWB

3. As a professional property management firm, we do require a signed rental agreement per the NCREC.

4. NO PETS (ESA certification required)

5. Inclement weather will not be grounds for any refund if within the cancellation period.
