„The home is lovely and a block or so from the beach and like 3 from town center. We didn't see the host. The host contacts by WhatsApp or expedia msg. Can take long to respond. They send home instructions on how to get in. House has no generator so if the electricity goes out in town your without energy in the home and without water. „Wonderful property, perfect for a week-long team retreat with 15 guests. Plenty of space to spread out and also areas to come together as a group. The local Samson Waters property management team (Marina and Jair) is super responsive and immediately addressed all requests. They also made several recommendations for us including activities, a caterer (Chef Ceci is awesome!), and baby furniture rental company. Great overall stay and experience!“

The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable. The wind can be very loud in some of the rooms.
