„Zimmer, Restaurants und Poolanlage sind fantastisch, das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, egal ob man die Parks besuchen oder sich einfach nur erholen möchte. Änderungsbedarf besteht jedoch an der Rezeption, welche teils überfordert wirkt, Barzahlungen erst nach hartnäckigem Insistieren wieder auffand, vergaß unser Gepäck in das Auto laden zu lassen, was wir glücklicherweise an einer Kreuzung in Orlando kontrolliert haben, sodass wir das Gepäck noch holen und dennoch unseren Flug erreichen ...

„This hotel was declared un-inhabitable after a fire which occurred months ago, and yet Hotels.com still had it listed and I was still able to book a room....in a hotel that was not open to the public! We never found out the truth until 10:00 at night when we arrived and found a notice on the front doors! Why did Hotels.com still have this listed as available????? This is unacceptable!“
