« We loved it! The apartment looked just like the pictures. It was close to everything we needed- 10 minute walk to Pentagon, 10 minute walk to metro train. The only down fall was we didn't know about paying for parking - we found out the day we left though so were able to get it taken care of before we arrived. We parked the car and never moved it until the day we left. Everyone was very helpful and we were contacted several times by wehost to make sure we had all we needed. When we had questions...

« The linens, some were stained and the utensils were dirty. In general the staff around the building are excellent but seem to be unlinked to any of the leases so they are no help in the process. The apartment looked like advertised but better attention to cleaning is a must for the price quoted. The apartment smelled and felt unused for a very long time. »

They said there was nothing they could do to get me the pass we paid for and they would refund me... we still haven't received any refund. ALSO airplanes and trains go by about every 5 mins its EXTREMELY LOUD. »

« The apartment was nice: huge compared to a hotel room with comparable price. The WeHost platform is the reason for 2 stars. You have to scan the ID, front and back, of every member of the party and upload them. Seems excessively burdensome, but doable. The problem is when we tried to pay for optional parking (as advertised). The email from WeHost said to talk to the “Front Desk”, who said they have nothing to do with WeHost.
