« Excellent stay! Kam was super helpful and communicative. House was so fun! Beds were comfy, movie room was a great place for lounging and catching up, and neighborhood was super cute and walkable to tons of stuff. Highly recommend! »

« My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and inviting when we arrived. My grandchildren loved the pool and hot tub. The location was also a plus. Close to a grocery store and my granddaughters favorite, Target! We also enjoy going into Annapolis. Such a quaint town.John was a wonderful host and available to answer any questions. We certainly will return! »

« Beautiful home away from home while sightseeing DC. Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood. We walked to the National Mall, Capitol, and Smithsonians. We also caught the bus once, easily done near the house. Wecaught ride shares home a couple times too. We parked our large Expedition out on the street as promised in the listing. « House was pretty easy to find. The off street parking made a huge difference as the streets were always packed. Super close to the metro stops too. Only downside is the kitchen has very minimal pots, pans, and baking sheets for cooking. »

« Upon arrival, I noticed the carpet had recently been vacuumed which was nice. The WiFi worked great, and I enjoyed the benefit of having access to a TV with cable in the bedroom. There was hand soap, and even shampoo in the shower if I needed it. The window AC unit in the bedroom worked just fine. Dr. Gibson had stellar communication throughout and was accommodating to a request I had made. Very friendly. « Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic appliances. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and comforters available. The home is close to the Metro (12 minute walk) and Whole Foods (7 minute walk). »
