Minor hiccup at check-in due to booking through Expedia - Expedia doesn't share any info with the owner of the property and the email for my self check-in wasn't sent. « We stayed one night. Very comfortable space in a beautiful rural area and beautiful property. Loved the outdoor patio area and hot tub. First time staying in a VRBO property, and found that side of the equation to be cumbersome. Made the reservation, and then was forced to set up VRBO account to see the street address. Not sure I saw all of the communications leading up to our stay. »

« The facility was unsafe and unsanitary. There was a clear mouse infestation, and the odor became unbearable. The lack of running water made the property unlivable. I contacted the host multiple times regarding the water issue, but nothing was done.Additionally, the oven did not work, there were no lights on the outside staircase leading to the bedroom, and there was no lock on the door, creating serious safety concerns. »
