« Spacious room. Small bathroom. Heating worked well. Contactless check in - had to call a number for them to remotely let us in the hotel and our room. Microwave and plates in the room was handy. Free street parking overnight. Overall good value for money. »

« We rented a superior apartment which was plenty for our family of 3. As it was an adjoining room on the main apartment, we had separate bedrooms (1 king and 1 with twin beds), a fully functioning kitchen and a kitchenette in the twin room. Also 2 bathrooms with showers and a washing machine and dryer. It was very clean, easy to access and so close to lots of amenities including a cinema, restaurants and shops/supermarkets. « Onsite parking for a fee but secure. Staff were lovely. The room however was dirty. Hair in the shower drain and needed a good clean. Not impressed. In the kitchen if you have the kettle on and plug in laptop (which is what we did) it trips the fuse and you have no power. Not good. Luckily we were only there for one night. The coffee machine in reception is good however again, not cleaned properly. »

« The photos in the listing were not accurate. We arrived to a dirty property with cobwebs, bugs in the pantry, used toothbrush and razors, holes in walls, mould in the shower, stains on the carpet and bed head and ripped curtains. We did not end up staying due to the condition and the person would not refund stay or the cleaning fee as she believed we had stayed in the beds but we had just checked the condition of the sheets to see if they were clean.
