« Spacieux calme petit déjeuner top et vue sur le Colorado. Parfait. »

« Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Nice exercise room. »

« Well-designed layout of the room, good privacy, adjustable ac/fan. Very quiet inside, despite being on busy street. »

« The toilet seat was broke, floors dirty, tile coming up from the floor, no towels or soap left in the room. The desk person was nice and did get us some towels and soap. The ad said near the lake and no where near the lake. You can’t even see the lake from there. Just a bad experience. I will not stay there again. »

« Personnels agréables et une belle piscine »

I called guest service, she explained that’s she’s new working and will call me back with a solution. Calls back a few minutes later...

She didn’t acknowledge we were there because she was busy on her phone. We returned at 3pm to check in and again she was rude and told us that she didn’t have a king bed available even though the property had little to no occupancy at the time. So she charged us the same price for a double bed. After taking our...
