« NIGHTMARE. In every way. Dirty, LOUD, uncomfortable, unsafe area. Room was dirty, no hot water, uncomfortable dirty linen bed, pathetic pillows. No dark-out drapes as advertised. Ceiling had a pulsing LED light throughout the night and loud ceiling fan. Room door key fob was broken to put key in room wall slot to start electricity, they told me to use a breaker box with switches on hallway wall to turn room power on. VERY old and beat/up building with ZERO quiet. Staff and their friends...

« I could not even get into the hotel because the surrounding streets were closed. The hotel did not avise me before so I ended up having no place to stay at 11pm. I called the hotel and they said they would refund all of my stay. Then, two days later, they said they would not refund me anything. Very disappointing. »
