« We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. »

« This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed. Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). « The villa was immaculate and had everything you could need. Our stay was over Christmas and a Christmas tree had been put up for our stay. All bedrooms were beautifully laid out and the whole property felt very comfortable. "This hotel has seen better days but I think it is currently under refurbishment. Nonetheless it is clean, well maintained. Rooms are big and I was granted a sea view room even if I booked a regular first priced room. The breakfast is average but I likes it. The staff is nice and helpful. I like the charm of the 70s-80s Grand Hotels, if you do too I would highly recommend the St Ives Bay"
