« The house was absolutely perfect. The downstairs apartment worked great for one group and then the upstairs was spacious and quiet for the other folks. The location could not be better. The outside water toys and boats were great and we utilize them a lot. It was just the ideal VRBO property for our crew. »

« This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John! »

« We rented the entire house for 5 adulrs and 2 children and i loved that we were all able to have our own space and come together in the main living area for movies and meals. There was an issue with the hot water that was quickly rectified. The house came equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again. »
