« Parking and breakfast were good but nothing else. Electrical sockets where plugs in kept falling out and had to take cold showers. »

« Great place, excellent communication. »

« Our stay was wonderful! Jess met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the Inn. She was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. We had everything we needed in our suite. Our stay was wonderful. »

« The description is spot on. It is a tiny house, perfect what I was looking for. Daniel's commutation was great. The issue I had was there was a horrible ant infestation. Daniel contacted Terminex immediately. I was inconvenience in needing to be out of the space. He offered a full refund only if the infestation wasn't eradicated. I honestly didn't return after my first night to assess if the infestation was eradicated. The bed was very uncomfortable. There were clean sheets and towels. There...

« My family and I loved our stay! The hostess was amazing—so friendly, easy to reach, and really made us feel at home. She even shared some cool history about the house, which I loved. The place was beautiful, super clean, and cozy. Great location too—close to everything and an easy drive to the wedding venue. We’d definitely stay here again! »

« What a great place to stay in. My family and I needed a place to stay and we were lucky enough to find Emma’s Sunpine cottage. What a charming place . The location was great and the description on the web site was pretty accurate. The house was so beautiful and the place was cleaned very well. It was well equipped with everything needed. The check in and out process was very easy. I also communicated with the owner and it was a breeze. I highly recommend this place and I will be back in the...

« Great place to stay when visiting family. We have stayed several times in properties that Daniel has and have always had wonderful experiences. »

« This little cabin was absolutely ADORABLE and fantastic to stay in. My husband and I arrived late after a long travel day and getting into this cottage was like stepping into a cozy little woodland retreat where you could relax and unwind from almost anything. The house was super clean and well maintained and had plenty of blankets and extra toiletries if needed. The host is super sweet and very responsive. I don’t think I’d be able to find a single thing wrong with this cottage if I tried…....

« We made a reservation for this property in January and we were traveling mid-May. Four days before the arrival date, I just happened to reach out to the host regarding one of the amenities, thank goodness, and his response was that he had rented that property long-term and it wasn’t available. No heads up, no warning, no communication whatsoever. Had I not messaged him, we would’ve shown up late on Friday night with nowhere to stay. His comment was “I don’t even know how you were able to rent...

« Very clean and modern facility. A few minor things needed maintenance (remote control batteries, coffee maker needed descaling). All in all I would rent the facility again if in Richlands. It’s a very nice rental. »
