« Air didn’t turn on at all, the bathtub was stained and gross, the shower head was loose, tv didn’t turn on, no shampoo/conditioner or soap in dispensers, and I don’t think the room had been vacuumed in… well.. idk. Oh and the fridge didn’t work. Thank goodness I just needed a place to sleep for the night. »

« Housekeeping only every 3rd day without notice when we booked the room. The price for a 3 stars hotel is too high, especially considering that it doesn't drop when less service is given. We paid up to 150$ a night and had to get towels, coffee etc ourselves »

« The rooms were extremely nice and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay there again. There was some minor confusion when i first checked in as they wanted me to pay again but that was because the reservation didnt state it was a package deal on expedia. »
