« The cabin was very nice. The access to a boat launch was not what we expected. There was no way to launch our jet ski from the Marina. Overall, it was a very nice area. »

« Room is modern and clean but has a few issues: 1. Curtain covers the air conditioner making it practically useless on a hot night 2. Stepping into the bathroom, the floor has a lip which is a trip hazard and nearly fell a few times 3. Outside is poorly maintained. »

« The property is exactly as pictured. The bathroom is beautiful. It was a very hot and humid night and the air conditioner kept us cool and comfortable. The only 1 suggestion for improvement- we reserved the room for 4 guests and were given 2 towels. Everything else was very nice. »

« Staff was friendly and helpful, when asked for towels, coffee items were provided. The location was nice, pool and spa were enjoyable. Suggest sweeping front entrance porch and steps. Three of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut completely. All rooms had spiders, purchase an vacuum to sweep up the spiders on ceilings and walls and clean floors. The outside grill was unclean, rusty and not fit to attempt to cook on. Suggest Inn purchase a new grill with cover and staff clean grill daily if...

« Had a very relaxing stay. We met John (the host) when we arrived. Very easy check-in. Weather was not agreeable during our stay so the game room in the garage was awesome to have. We reached out to John to turn on the heat in the garage and he got back to us within minutes. Beds were extremely comfortable and the camp was very clean. The location is right in the middle of town. Short walk to many bars and restaurants. All in all A and we look forward to renting from John again. »

« We stayed at Sodus bay view for Christmas weekend2025. The property was clean and was the perfect place for our family to “meet in the middle” for the holiday. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a nice assortment of glassware , pots pans and silverware. The beds were comfortable and even though we provided our own linens for each it didn’t deter from comfort or the over all experience. The water was HOT and shower pressure good. « Beautiful house that was perfect for our family. We traveled from North Carolina for a 70th birthday weekend. Relatively close to everything in my mind and the drive to places showcased the farm land. Would recommend and rent again next time we came back. Chris »

« Upon arrival at the home it presented just as depicted in the pictures!! Stayed with my two children and they LOVED it as much as me. The property felt serene, cozy, and comfortable.
