« It was just okay. Booked there for breakfast and laundry because we were there for a soccer game. Washed laundry twice and still dirty. Asked the night guy if he could help me out and he didn’t know how to work the laundry machines. Had to go to laundromat early next morning. Breakfast was boiled eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, instant oatmeal. Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy, but we had no shampoo! Had the checkout clerk asked how our stay was, I would have gladly voiced :) »

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« Room was dirty, especially the floor and killed a cockroach running across the floor. There was no breakfast. You had to go to the lobby and the person on duty gave you a sack breakfast with a Danish and yougert and energy bar. That was it! »

« The staff were so welcoming! It felt as though we were being welcomed as an awaited guest. Carol and Rebecca are absolutely ambassadors of the brand! We absolutely look forward to staying at this property again in the future! The room was good-sized, parking was easy, and the bathwater was HOT. The room was a little worn, but CLEAN. Convenient to coffee shop and restaurants nearby. »
