« Good location and good value . Friendly and helpful staff . Well equipped and comfortable room and nice breakfast . »

« Hormis la climatisation j’ai pu remarquer que la chambre reste toujours froid. »

« Fabulous experience at the Glasshouse. Lovely room, wide range of classes and such tasty, nutrtious food. Visited in September for a few days midweek and found a very relaxed, peaceful retreat. It offers a great opportunity to detox if that's what you want, or a luxurious treat to have 3 couse dinners and wine if you don't. The staff are all friendly and helpful and offer taster sessions for things like Tai Chi and Cryotherapy alongside traditional spa treatments. A nice touch was a dining...

« Équipements de salle de bain à changer : pommeau de douche et portant cassés, robinetterie… »

« It took us half an hour to find it no 1 Prospect Road is half way down the road and our sat nav kept taking us to no 61 (who are apparently the family if the owner) abd told us they didn't know where the property was. You don't get duvet and white sheets but what you see in the photos which is a shame as the bed is comfortable. On the whole it wasn't a bad stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful »

« Lack of amenities. There was no intercom or phone for calling reception. Booked two rooms and it was interconnected but asked team several time to unlock door which they kept giving excuses. The time of booking asked for smoking room whereas they gave us non smoking room. Great thing was parking was free and available. »

« Very good but just looking a bit tired. Sheets and carpets could do with an upgrade. »

« The hotel was good but I was shocked by their policy of housekeeping. Then there was a staff who even told me that even after the 3 night stay, I still had to put in a request for the room to be cleaned before 12pm, if that time is missed, then you wait 5 nights before the bedsheets can be changed. Mind...

« Appartement très propre, environnement calme. Un peu loin du centre de Londres mais proche du train pour rejoindre le centre (attention, la ligne était en travaux durant notre week-end, nous avons donc dû prendre le bus+le métro pour rejoindre Londres, environ 1heure de transport...) »

« Good but no air cond »

« Good communication with the seller, we had what we needed for our stay but the place wasn’t the cleanest. Also it’s a bit far if you want to visit London. »
