« Excellent hotel! Extremely clean. I was welcomed by Kelli upon my arrival. She is wonderful! Very personable. Kelli thanked me for choosing their hotel. I was in town for a book signing. Kelli made sure i had the correct directions. When i returned, she asked how the signing went and paid attention to me. I watched her call other guests by their names. Kelli makes a difference in peoples lives. I can't say enough good things about her. Will definitely stay here again »

« Très bon hôtel d'étape à un prix très intéressant. Nous y avons séjourné de par sa proximité (5 min de route) avec le chicago outlet situé à Aurora. Bonne literie, propreté, personnel accueillant et wifi stable. Le seul bémol est la qualité du petit déjeuner mais il n'y pas de secret pour un séjour à 4 à 70 €. »

« We stayed for 3 nights. The amenities shown on the website are not available. There was no room cleaning service available. This wouldn't have been a big deal if they had even just knocked on our door and offered us fresh towels or to collect our trash daily. We had to request fresh towels at the front desk everyday. We had to collect our own trash and set it outside our room. The toilet was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat broke away from the toilet bowl the morning before checkout. It...

« We had a wonderful ladies weekend! The house was immaculate and they left sparkling water and chocolates. We loved the hot tub and huge comfy couches. I did not realize there was a common area that could also be used by the other rental area, but it wasn’t an issue at all, and our side was easily locked. The tea/coffee bar was well stocked and a hit! Would certain stay here again! »
