„There seamed to be multiple plumbing issues throughout the building. The cleaning was near non-existent. The cleaning staff acted like they were doing me a favour. They bought towels asked if I wanted the room cleaned and only touched the bathroom. Never! Ever! again. Don’t do it. Take this place off your listings.“

„I stayed 8 nights. in the first room I got the AC was broken and the bed sheets were not clean. In the 2nd room the AC worked for the first 4 nights. Then it made a very loud drilling noise that woke me at night and could not be stopped by turning it off. The AC did not work the last 4 nights and showed tools, so that it needs to be repaired. I reported that to reception, but nothing happened. As the windows cannot be opened, it was very hot in the room for the last 4 nights with respective bad ...

„Objectionable odour in the hotel room, all towels on the first day are wet, barely variety by breakfast only on cheese and one cold cuts in most bad condition. Only toast and no rolls. Breakfast was not available at all Days at 8am “

„The shrubs need to be trimmed. On the positive side the room and bathroom I had were clean and filled with natural light. Staff was very obliging. The location was ideal. It is within walking distance to East Croydon Station . The restaurants and grocery stores catered to a very diverse population.“

„The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber.“

„Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked“
