« Chambre correcte, agréable, silencieuse. Par contre le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer. La fin du service est fixée à 9h00. Nous arrivons à 8h40 et dès 8h45 le personnel commence à débarrasser et ne ré-approvisionne pas, donc il faut faire avec ce qui reste autant dire pas grand chose. Pour ma part cela n'est pas correct ou bien on annonce que l'on n'est plus servi à partir de 8h45. Sur ce point je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« Breakfast staff worked quickly and efficiently to keep up with a full hotel of teens and parents all in for regional events. Our room lacked a few things like working light bulbs in the lamps, lotion was empty, we only had 2 bath towels when there were 3 of us. Minor things we worked around »

« C'était un séjour étape que pour dormir donc c'était suffisant et le prix très attractif. Niveau accueil on peut mieux faire, personnel pas très à l'écoute, petit déjeuner basique, le coin piscine est assez abîmé - après la chambre était spacieuse, propre et au calme. »

« This place is our favorite when we come to Lubbock. It’s always so clean and they are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are so nice. The plants and fish are an added bonus to it all. Very relaxing. »

« This hotel is fine for a day or two, but the cracks really start to show if you're there for a while. It's relatively well protected from road noise, but the walls are thin enough that you'll hear normal conversations in neighboring rooms. Doors slam easily. A lot of doors in shared spaces get stuck frequently, including stairwell and side entrances/exits. I don't know what the housekeeping situation is supposed to be, but during my week-long stay, housekeeping came by on the second and third...

« The elevator was sounding like it was going to get stuck, they need to fix the door, it was taking forever to open and close. Also, the spa wasn't functioning during our stay. Breakfast they didn't have any bacon or sausage. »
