« I requested extra pillows during reservations. Checked in room did not have them . Sent message to request them , staff never responded. Room only had 2 pillows for 4 guest Room also was extremely hot . Family and I woke up around 3 am sweating . Went to front desk Spoke with staff around 6 am . « Excellent service, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast options, happy hour was excellent as well. The infrastructure could use some updating, the elevator was worn out and appeared to be very old. The shower drain was clogged. I reported the issue and it was fixed the next day. Although we stayed for two nights, the housekeeper did not service our room. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay and still recommend it. »

« C'était un séjour étape que pour dormir donc c'était suffisant et le prix très attractif. Niveau accueil on peut mieux faire, personnel pas très à l'écoute, petit déjeuner basique, le coin piscine est assez abîmé - après la chambre était spacieuse, propre et au calme. »

« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »

« Accueil très sympathique. Établissement propre dès l'entrée et les parties communes. La chambre était parfaite, très calme, et propre. Le lit confortable, salle de bain impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. »

« Roaches in the along the walls in the tubs. Absolutely disgusting!!! When asked for a refund the all agreed to 15% meanwhile the elevator was out as well. Let’s not forget the room had no remote for the tv and when I was given one it did not work so I have to walk downstairs for another one. »

« Loved that there was a front desk person to check us in at 1am. Was not impressed that our bathroom sink was clogged, we were only given bath towels- no wash cloths, no hand towels or bath mat. Breakfast was decent. »
