« Overall in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. Bird poop & feathers along the front entrance with debris blowing into lobby. Stained carpets and upholstery. Towels were ragged. Found old candy on room floor & hair in bathroom. No phone in room. At check in, the front desk staff was nice but not helpful. Tried to charge me for a crib. « We arrived early. I wasn't expecting a room to be ready but were told we would be texted when our room was available. By 4:30 nobody had reached out. We decided to go to the hotel and waited 30 minutes just to be told our room was actually ready! When we went into our room, the toilet was running very loudly and was obviously broken. « This is the perfect place to stay. The hotel is clean, the staff are people perfect. Love their hospitality, the restaurant inside the hotel, breakfast was amazing, I don’t drink but they have a bar. The washer and dryer room were accessible and there were plenty areas for waiting for your group to come down or just “me alone” time. I highly recommend this hotel. »

« C'était un séjour étape que pour dormir donc c'était suffisant et le prix très attractif. Niveau accueil on peut mieux faire, personnel pas très à l'écoute, petit déjeuner basique, le coin piscine est assez abîmé - après la chambre était spacieuse, propre et au calme. »

« Séjour agréable et très bien en général. Les deux points à améliorer sont l’horaire du petit déjeuner qui finit à 9.00, c’est très tôt. Et l’isolation de la tuyauterie … vous entendrez le voisin prendre sa douche ou tirer la chasse d’eau. Dommage! »

« Accueil très sympathique. Établissement propre dès l'entrée et les parties communes. La chambre était parfaite, très calme, et propre. Le lit confortable, salle de bain impeccable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel. »

« Roaches in the along the walls in the tubs. Absolutely disgusting!!! When asked for a refund the all agreed to 15% meanwhile the elevator was out as well. Let’s not forget the room had no remote for the tv and when I was given one it did not work so I have to walk downstairs for another one. »
