« Our only disappointment with the resort was our room which was located on the ground floor of the original older building. While the room was clean and well taken care of by the maid service we would have preferred to have stayed in the newer tower next door, but we were not aware of the differences between the buidings wehen we booked the room. »

« The room was very nice, spacious, and everything was brand new. It even had a kitchen, which was a great bonus! However, the main downside was the location. Our room was quite far from both the pool and the main reception area, where the beach chairs were provided. We actually had to drive to get to both places. If we wanted to walk to the beach, we could access a closer area, but not the section where the hotel provided beach chairs. Overall, the room itself was excellent, but the distance from...

« I don't usually write a review but I feel this place needs to know. It's a quaint Cottage experience and has good beach access the rooms were clean but there was no service to the room I think paying 200 plus dollars a night depending on which room you select should come with daily cleaning service I don't feel as a customer that I should be carrying my towels to the door to be cleaned and carrying them back in to be put away. I don't like the fact that I was asked to do dishes. Especially...

« La chambre la propreté l emplacement l accueil »

« This place is amazing! The staff are amazing and very welcoming, they always find a way to help and they are so kind. The hotel is in a perfect location . Close to everything. »
