„Super clean, well maintained property, very nice staff, excellent rooms. Bed and pillows were comfortable and parking was easy. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with lots to offer- one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel, and offered lots of options. Great downtown location, walking distance to many restaurants, the VanAndel Arena and lots of other cool things to check out. “

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Mit dem Namen Best Western hätte ich mehr erwartet... Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber zu unerfahren (teilweise Aushilfskräfte aus anderen Hotels). Bei Zimmerbezug habe ich gleich einen großen roten Fleck auf dem weißen Bezug entdeckt, der dann auch zügig erneuert wurde. Der Fleck im Teppich blieb dagegen unbemerkt, zumal das Zimmer während unseres Aufenthaltzeitraumes nur gereinigt wurde, wenn man es an der Rezeption erbeten hat. The morning I was to leave, I needed a window scraper in the morning, as it had snowed crustily on my rental vehicle. „This hotel is perfect for a night out in downtown Grand Rapids!! We stayed when going to a concert at Van Andel Arena and it was a 5 minute walk! The rooms are very modern and well kept. It was a great stay!“
