« I am currently leaving my room, it is 4:00 am since I am unable to sleep. There's music so loud upstairs, people talking in the hallway and doors slamming that it's impossible to fall asleep! Additionally, the room is poorly cleaned. There are hairs in the bath, a bath mat is missing, a washcloth is missing. The towels are of a not so absorbent fabric. I'm disappointed because it's the first time a situation like this has happened to me. »

« La machine à café cassé, les lits ils viennent pas nettoyer les chambres j’ai resté 3 jours sans que personne viennent faire les lits et changer les serviettes, on entend tout ce qui arrive dans l’hotel J’ai avisé le receptioniste et il m’a dit que personne fesait du café dans les chambres c’est pour cela q les machines à café sont tputes cassés et q si je voulai du café je pouvai descendre preparer dans le Lobby vraiment n’importe quoi »

« Where we stayed was very nice. We stayed there to visit New York City. It was 15 minutes to the tram to get to New York. The host was great. He checked on us. Everything in the home was clean. Everything was stocked. Well we had no problems no situations comfortable beds I would stay there again absolutely »
