„Preis Leistung in Ordnung“

„We recently stayed here with our two children (ages 3 and 7) and had a wonderful time. The pool was always clean and never overcrowded. Check-in was completely smooth and problem-free. The rooms were very clean, and the washer and dryer were spotless as well. Taking out the trash was easy — we could simply drop it off in the trash room outside the rooms without any issues. The property is clearly well cared for and maintained. Highly recommended for families!“

„Staff was helpful. Check in line took awhile, followed by a person that wanted to get you to listen to time share offers. Which we have no interest, own 2 homes already. Had a fun time with 2 grandkids for Holloween festivities. Pool was great fun, arcade (4 machines took our money, didn't work, attendant gave us credit) ate at deli and burger place, both good.“

„-direkte Lage am Pigeon River -viele Parkplätze -sauber -Innenpool -inklusive einfachem Frühstück “

„Great staff, delicious breakfast, fun pool and you can even use the free trolley of Gatlinburg which picks you up anf takes you back directly at the hotel. “

„Altes Hotel “

„Wunderschönes Hotel mit toller Poollandschaft. (Besonders für Kinder). Sehr saubere, großzügige Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück für USA Verhältnisse. Einzig der Concierge war wenig hilfreich auf die Frage, was man in Pigeons Forge mit Kindern unbedingt mal machen sollte. “

„Familienfreundlich, doch das Personal war sehr kurz angebunden. Am Check-In eher im „Abfertigungsmodus“ als freundlich und geduldig bei Fragen.“

„Very rundown hotel. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was no body soap in the room. The side door to get into the hotel was missing the handle, therefore, the door slammed shut every time it was closed. I would recommend staying somewhere else.“
