Meals and drinks were great and plentiful, rooms were comfy, skis and boots were good quality, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. « Room was massive, double the size of any room we have stayed in in Japan. Pillows had both Western and traditional Japan options. Fiona was encompassed in a fitted sheet (never seen this before) but kept us all warm even when it was sub 0 outside. Room had access to outdoor area, exclusive to the room, which had table and chairs. « Une seule personne parle anglais. C'est difficile de se faire comprendre. Les jeux comme ping pong et babyfoot sont abîmés. Le onsen côté homme manque d'entretien. Cela paraît sale. Le petit déj offert le matin est typiquement japonais mais cela n'est pas très appétissant pour des non japonais. La chambre style japonais était agréable. Nous avons bien dormi sur les futons à quatre. »

« This hotel was in the perfect spot for us. We had an authentic Japanese style room, with Pvt bathroom. The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating to our needs from baggage storage, to help with sending our luggage on to our next destination. To allowing us use of the public onsen after check out. »

« We stayed here and were impressed with the service. It is primarily a ski hotel and we needed to transport our baggage down the slope at an early hour...the staff willingly did it by tobaggan. This is a traditional japanese hotel...witg futons and communal bathing area which was fun to experience. Snow monkeys were fun to see. »
