„A nice location away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but within reach of Captain Cook and Volcanoe / Hilo areas. We enjoyed our short stay chilling on the deck and exploring the farm with short drives to 2 step snorkelling and coffee farms and cafes. Nice place to return after a long day of exploring. “

„We enjoyed the view and size of house. We knew the cats were there outside, all 5 were friendly. There was some cat fur on the towels that was not expected. The checking instructions were clear, we had a little trouble finding the driveway in the dark. That was easier during the daylight the next day. All of the amenities we expected were easy to find and the host responded appropriately to all our questions. Would stay at the big house again. “

„It was a nice condo. Relaxing and spacious for family of 6. Everything was functional. The steep road to the condo was a surprise, but manageable. Short walk to pebble beach, with perfect sunset and a small trail along the shore. Only we didn't expect that much mosquitos in Feb. “

„Prima ausgestattet, netter Kontakt, nur die Internet-Verbindung über den Extender klappte nicht so gut, aber im Garten ging es dann prima (wohl ohne Extender). Schön war auch, dass man zur Manini-Bucht mit prima Schnorchel-Option zu Fuß gehen konnte, da spart man sich das Boot und die Kayaks.“

„When I made the reservation, it was listed as one full (?) bed and roll out sofa. I was surprised to to find an additional full size bed in the living room. which worked out great for us. It should make it more "rentable" in the future. 2 wishes: 1) better directions to get to the property, e.g. make a turn onto Haleki'i St then ... 2) Have some kind of visual identifier to make sure we were at the correct property, e.g. a sign "Casa Grateful" or photo of the outside the house and door. I found the photos of the house misleading due to the house being more worn out than is shown in the photos. The bathroom upstairs is small. The setup downstairs is odd.
