„Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy“

„Nice“

„We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.“

„Even though it was the middle of Hay season on a working, well kept, dairy farm, the host was responsive to the last-minute addition of a guest on 24hours notice. Due to the high demand for accommodations and need for a fast turnover this time of year some small items, like hand soap, shampoo, were not at levels you might expect but there was an abundance of clean towels. The microwave, fancy Keurig, and 4 slice toaster were in good working order, the refrigerator was clean and adequate for our ...

„My husband and I had a great stay! It was very clean and communication was very easy with the hosts. The small fridge in the room was wonderful!“

„House was wonderful. The owner Kim was easy to get in touch with. Although we didn't get to spend much time during the day, it was a great place to sleep. We were here for our grandsons baseball tournament. Next time we will rent for a vacation!“

„Beautiful home, fully equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, clean and spacious.“

„Das ganze Haus ist zugemüllt. War vor 50 Jahren vielleicht mal ok. Völlig aus der Zeit gefallen. Kann man keinem zumuten. Einzig das Essen und das Wlan ware sehr gut.“

„Nice Motel. Looks litte aged from outside, but clean and comfortable rooms. Awesome view on the lake.“

„Romantisch am See. “

„I loved my room at this motel. I was able to park close to my door. The room was large, comfortable, very clean, and smelled fresh. I enjoyed the lake view. It is about a 10 minute drive to Cooperstown. And a 3 minute drive to an excellent brunch restaurant called Local Affairs. Although I did not utilize it, the arcade room was very cool. For budget travelers, this motel is exceptional.“

„Being called the Baseball Hotel would make one think there would be something related to baseball on the premiiiNothing. The outside was a mess incuding the cheap sign they tacked up outside. Not a sioulsis roun“

„Freundlich nett Zimmer saubersauber “

„Nachts fahren die Güterzüge alle 1/2 Stunden ca. 80 Meter am Zimmer vorbei. Die Güterzüge sind sehr lang ( mehr als 100 Güterwagen) es dauert also entsprechend lange bis wieder Ruhe ist Schlafen also so gut wie unmöglich. 1/2 Stunde dösen und auf den nächsten Zug warten.“

„Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.“

„Clean and comfy, nothing to complain. We took our breakfast outside with a nice view over the lake.“

„Great location right next to the water, offering a great view on the canal side. Tons of character being a converted mill. The continental breakfast could offer more options, but it wasn't bad. The room was cool, strong water pressure in the shower, quiet heating/cooling equipment, quiet surroundings, comfy bed. Nice place.“
