„Waterside Resort is an excellent choice for your stay to the Edenton area. Great location on the Albemarle Sound. Very clean and spacious condo. Fully equipped kitchen and lovely view from our unit. We enjoyed every evening with a cocktail at the fire pit to watch the sunset. Very friendly staff. We will return.“

„Everything was good overall. Had to bring basic necessities which wasn’t convenient for me traveling. Was told to bring paper towels and TP but couldn’t find shower towels anywhere? Neighbors are friendly and let me use the dock since the lower dock was being redone. Host was responsive to any message almost instantly. Pet friendly, clean. All in all, I would stay again. “

„This property is a hidden gem. We used it as our base for a short trip to OBX. Columbia is a peaceful town with a lovely boardwalk along the Scuppernong River and this home is located within walking distance of the small main street and boardwalk. Coming from the triangle area, it was nice to have a shorter drive to get to our accommodations coming down and to be ahead of the OBX return traffic coming home.
