« The location was nice and a great view.
Staff at the front desk were very good and accommodating. The continental breakfast was okay. Parking was convenient. Where they lack is in cleanliness, floors were so dirty. The pillow had a bad odor when I took the cover off it was yellow and had mold. I reported it to the front desk. The chair in the room was stained badly. The bedcover had a smell and were humid. With that alone I would not return or recommend this place »

« The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool. »

« The floor in the room were not very clean, the ironing board had a thick layer of dust on the bottom when it was used. The fan in the bathroom was barely hanging on, the walls and paint needed to be updated.
The food selection and set up was very odd as you had to cook the waffles in the room where all food items were stored and cleaned. »

« Bathroom was not clean. We went and bought cleaning supplies before we took a shower. Carpets were sticky. Breakfast was cereal and milk. Lucky we only stayed one night. AC worked in the room and bed was pretty comfortable. Will not stay here again. »

« Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work. »

« Everything was beautiful & well maintained. The interior decor was very pretty. The owners were super friendly & downtown was within walking distance. Would definitely recommend for anyone planning a visit to Helen or the nearby area. »
