« Great accommodations and near everything in this charming town. »

« The location was nice and a great view. Staff at the front desk were very good and accommodating. The continental breakfast was okay. Parking was convenient. Where they lack is in cleanliness, floors were so dirty. The pillow had a bad odor when I took the cover off it was yellow and had mold. I reported it to the front desk. The chair in the room was stained badly. The bedcover had a smell and were humid. With that alone I would not return or recommend this place »

« Breakfast was fine, staff friendly & helpful. Parking was perfect. Only complpaint? That was the dirtiest room I've stayed in in a long time. Large dead bug on a/c, live bug running through bathroom, sink had a lot of tiny pieces of ?? all over it (I have a picture). Also, faucet was just dirty, toilet looked in need of cleaning, floor sticky. Made me not want to touch anything. BUT, the beds were clean & comfortable. »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« Motel basique mais avec des chambres rénovées. C'est calme et à deux pas d un sentier de randonnée dans la forêt. Le centre ville est assez éloigné. Personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner décevant. »

« The Hotel was on the edge of town, but was in reasonable walking distance to many attractions, shops, and restaurants. It is beside the river so there isn't a ground floor and there is only one elevator, so please be patient. The staff was helpful, breakfast bar was good, and it has access to the river and a pool. »

« Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work. »

« Pretty landscape, easy walk into town , pool was nice. Nice kitchenette refrigerator even had an ice maker , gas grills available, quiet atmosphere. Definitely go eat at the Bondensee restaurant in town. »

« I loved the hot tub and the pool completely peaceful I would stay again. »

« Owners were very sweet. Treated us to chocolate covered strawberries in honor of our anniversary getaway there. Breakfasts were excellent! »
