« The gentleman on reception on the night of 5th July was very friendly and welcoming and was keen to engage in conversation which was nice. We were worried about checking in after the allotted time due to a concert which finished late but this was of no issue whatsoever. « Hôtel propre en cours de rénovation pour la climatisation. J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre rénovée avec une climatisation performante mais ce n'était pas le cas pour un ami. Très pratique et bien balisé pour un accès entre l'hôtel et le NEC en 5 mins à pied. »
