« Fabulous hotel. First time I stayed here, but I'll definitely return. The reception staff were lovely, room was huge, gorgeous comfy pillows duvel and bed. Great bathroom, water provided too. Mailbox and Broad Street just around the corner and a short walk from New Street Station too. Highly recommended, we didn't want to leave! »

« Overall very disappointing : -if you come with kids you have to know, as incredible as it is, that the swimming pool is forbidden to kids from Friday to Monday. Kids means below 16. And does not matter if an adult come with them. On weekday pool only open from 11.00am to 7.00 (last entrance 6.30pm). Definitively not a familly hotel !!! « Absolutely gorgeous hotel and I can't believe I got it for the price I did. I stayed alone on business mid week and the facilities were brilliant. A high standard Spa with a beautiful view out of the windows, decent sized gym (although it opened quite late at 7am, not the best when you have an early start - 6am would be perfect) and I even treated myself to a late evening massage (Emily was great).
