It does have solar powered lights but they dont last forever so bring lanterns, There is no running water so plan for that, There was evidence of mice so if that creeps you out then dont rent. « Loved the setting, scenery, and peacefulness being in the country, listening to the cows moo goodnight to each other. Mary was a great host sharing her abundance from her garden and eggs. Very responsive host. I loved the back porch and slept well. »
