„Gutes, kleines Hotel “

„Great stay and staff.“

„Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Es liegt relativ nah an der Innenstadt“

„So, I really enjoyed my stay despite being there only one night. Firstly, the staff were lovely, especially the young guy that checked me in. He walked me up to my room and let me in which is a lovely touch. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because unfortunately there were hairs in the bed, the sheets were stained a little (but clean) and the hand towel had holes in it. Also, the curtains were hanging down a bit, which is unfortunate as the rest of the room was great. The hot water in ...

„The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. I also wish the staff spoke both Spanish and English, which would make communication easier for more guests. There didn’t seem to be ...

„The staff was amazing, the rooms were perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable.“

Keine Klimaanlage.“

„Personnelles aimable et serviable, propre, bon dejeuner“

„Gut “

„One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended.“

„We had a quiet as well as clean room. The hotel is pretty well located to reach various points of interest by walking. On the breakfast buffet we found the most tasty bread rolls we found during our entire 4 weeks trip in South America.“

„Staff very friendly and caring. Welcomed me with a hot Coca tea and had hot water ready in the morning at 4 am (no breakfast though as too early). Room and bathroom very clean, just that it is quite old already and especially the power sockets could need reviewing. The bed was comfy.“

„Overall ok. However last night i had insect bites all over my arm while asleep. Don't know if they were fleas or bed bugs from the blankets. Also, we were allowed to use the kitchen, and we asked for permission before cooking. However, after we finished cooking, the host came to complain about the smell, which was a bit confusing since we had asked beforehand and were given permission to cook.“

„Great experience“

„Tolles Hotel in Cusco. “
