„We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system.

It just looked grimy and unloved and made the finish look really poor. I appreciate you can do little regarding the unrelenting noise ...

„Funky spacious flat in central Bricklane. Be patient there are a long correspondence with the owner and you will have to give a deposit.“

„The first thing you notice is the smell of damp and there is mould on the walls and its impossible to get ventilation in. The property is completed to a poor standard and we found slugs crawling around every day. The app wont let me upload photos“
