« We loved the deck area upstairs to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the view. The rooms were spacious and clean and beds were amazing. The people at the front desk were wonderful as we had an issue with our reservation and they fixed it immediately. Very helpful on ideas for the area. Food options were little disappointing as we usually are bacon,eggs,potatoes type people but enjoyed anyway..... thank you for good experience at these accommodations.,.... « This is a good family hotel option for visiting Estes Park. It’s in a good location, close to downtown but not in downtown. Easy to access the road to RMNP. Near lots of good food. I was able to run to and around Lake Estes easily (5 miles). The hotel itself has been renovated and updated since I first stayed there as a child! The pool and game rooms were big hits with my three children. The room itself was fine. I am shocked that they only have one elevator in the building but somehow that...

« Max checked us in both weekends and was respectful and helpful. Thomas was repairing our toilet handle when we got to the room. He was courteous and accommodating. The overnight desk man prepared hot water and coffee for our early morning departure. Thank you all for making our stays comfortable, relaxing and easy. Great staff! »

« We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. We did enjoy the free breakfast that the hotel offered. The interior was clean and comfortable. The exterior needs some work. Both the elevator and pool were closed as they both required repairs. The hotel's real benefit was its location. It was easy to drive into downtown Denver or go the other way into the mountains. »
