« The pool is screened in which was great! We got the pool heater (extra) it was working most of the time. When it wasn’t they got it checked out the next day. The hall bathroom upstairs shower was used by one person once and had some leaking in the kitchen. We reported right away and didn’t use that shower again. « The condo is in a quiet gated community within 20 minutes of Disney. The back has a little peaceful pond full of birds and alligators. We enjoyed sitting in the screened in area looking out. Its an additional cost to heat the pool located within the condo but we were rarely there so did not choose to pay the fee. There is a resort pool area in walking distance but it is not the one shown in the pictures (the one pictured is a short drive away from this unit). Just FYI - no carry-ins allowed in...

« The owner did not provide enough of the necessary items for a condo. Not enough toilet paper or paper towels for the amount of days booked. Washer and dryer did not worker properly. I sent request to fix but never showed up. Owner was very rude. We as always have left the property on time and cleaned the entire unit. I would never book here again my worst experience out of the 3 times I have been in Orlando. I think there are way better options and more affordable around Orlando. »
