„Freundliches Personal, leider suggerieren die Bilder einen falschen Eindruck. Man wurde mit dem Bus zu einem Strand gebracht + Überfahrt mit dem Boot. Dieser war dann aber sehr schön - das sollte aber auch so dargestellt werden. Klimaanlage war sehr laut auf dem Zimmer, teilweise waren Lampen kaputt, Föhn funktionierte auch nicht. Zimmer wurde einen Tag nicht gemacht. Angebote für Ausflüge zahlreich vorhanden. Haben uns die Mangroven-Sümpfe ausgesucht. Sehr freundlicher Führer. Frühstück ok, ...

„The sea view was wonderful. Beach clean and water very clear. Room was very clean with shower and bathroom. There was no fridge in the room the room sometimes gets hot, the AC unit does not cool very well. food was drinks were delicious and tasty. I just wish they had more seafood on the menu“

„My stay at the Reef House was exactly what I wanted. It has the old Roatan charm to an old dive shop that has the most welcoming staff I have ever met. From the owner Davey to Keith the IT/Bartender and the friendliest cook staff that makes great down home cooking. David the dive master has been out on the reef longer than most have known about Roatan. He knows some really cool places to see.“

„Staff is very friendly. Diving is excellent. Overwater bungalows are nice, especially the decks on the water with hammocks. Good snorkeling. Grounds are well kept. Free transportation to and from the airport. Gorgeous reef nearby makes for spectacular diving and snorkeling. “

„I loved the location of this property! The buildings themselves have so much potential. The insides are very outdated and run down. The coffee maker was burnt and stuck to the warming plate and the sheets had drains. BUT you can’t beat the location and super friendly staff. The pool was super clean and warm with a nice outdoor shower. I would definitely come back here if they lowered the price for current condition of the buildings. And I would bring my own sheets. You can’t beat the location ...

Danke an Eduardo, Javier, Benny, Omar, Kenneth, Ronald, Jason, Valentina, Amanda ( wir hoffen wir haben Niemanden vergessen ) Der einzige Nachteil des neuen Hotels ist die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes. All of the staff were helpful with all of our questions or needs. The access to the pool and beach chairs at the hotel located beside was an added bonus! “
