« Our group of 14 people absolutely loved pelican Bay Villa!! Our property was beautiful and as advertised. We loved that it was on a beautiful golf course in Tulum country club. We had a private chef cook breakfast for us for most of our stay and it was delicious. Our communication with the host was exceptional and we cannot say enough positive things about Leandro! « Casita was not satisfactory. Toilet did not work, all sinks & faucets did not work. Very un satisfied with the Casita. Main house was OK, except for large amount of bugs in the house. »

« House was nice and spacious. Great location. Giorgia, the property manager was absolutely wonderful. She answered all our questions, made shuttle arrangements, was very attentive, responded very quickly. So pleasant to work with. Matteo gave us great recommendations, especially for the cenota. We had a great stay. »

« Mike’s place is so peaceful! The location is great and very convenient for diving and snorkeling. The house has everything you will need and then some. The beds are comfortable and the floor plan very comfortable for a group. Jazmin is an amazing chef — don’t miss out on this special treat! Josue was an excellent dive guide, and Clemente took us on a great snorkeling tour to see the starfish and stingrays it El Cielo. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Mike for your hospitality! »

« Villa Mayan Breeze was such a great experience for boys trip. There were 13 of us. The loungers and the vibe outside by the pool were immaculate and a short 2 min walk away from beach. Would recommend 10/10. »

« I had to rent 4 properties in this area and they were all excellent 5 star ratings but this property stood out. It was the best of all 4 properties. Management was great to deal with. I was a little worried because this was my first time using VRBO and they were pretty patient with me navigating through the process. »

« Absolute heaven on earth! Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. "We had numerous issues Security i had a live scorpion that climb my arm while reaching for my clothes on a shelf The staff ride their golf cart around the property really fast and twice my wife and i had to go on the grass while the golf cart drive without slowing down on the path The documentation mention elevator but ours was not working and our room was on the third floor On the first day they had to ask everyone to come out of the pool because someone pooped in it We waited 30 minutes for a shuttle but it never came and the property is quite large On the positive side room were clean other then critters like scorpions The food in the was pretty good And the options on the buffet were quite interesting And the staff other then the one driving the golf cart were all very nice and friendly Special mention to the barman in the bar the black sheep that went above and beyond to put our playoff NHL temp on the big screen "
