« Our home away from home for our extended visit in Italia. Our hosts, Antonia and Fabrizio, were wonderful and made our stay amazing. Any bumps along the way were met with quick help and resolution. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. It was wonderful to have a washer and drying rack. Learned that we needed to have it in the apartment. It was great to have two bathrooms, one upstairs and one main floor. Learned to work around the shortcut through the Art Institute garden’s hours...

« Una delle esperienze più surreali che abbia mai avuto. Ho prenotato l’appartamento pensando, ingenuamente, che una prenotazione confermata avesse un qualche valore. Poco prima del soggiorno ho contattato telefonicamente per essere informato che l’alloggio non era più disponibile perché già assegnato ad altre persone. Da quel momento l’host ha dimostrato un livello di interesse per il problema pari a zero. Nessuna soluzione alternativa, nessun supporto, nessun tentativo di rimediare a un errore...

« Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave. The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling....
