„Raumservice kann verbessert werden “

„It was clean and spacious, also served our purposes to be close to hospital. Clerk was nice and accommodating. Didn't think it had a lobby but was informed at checkout it was recently painted and not ready. It wasn't the usual super 8 im used to. This property was a recent made over motel which I wasn't expecting so I was upset.“

„The room was fine, bathroom was huge, which was a really plus. Normally don't find that in hotels. Room was clean but the location of the motel was not in a good spot. A lot of people living there and hanging out on the outside. They were nice though but it was a little sketchy. Very loud at night but the air conditioner help that. I do recommend staying there if you're looking for a cheap option, but if I had young children I would have not have stayed there.“

„Was the classic motel experience I seeked“

„Location, comfort.“

„Great Hotel with big rooms and complementary Dinner. Only thing we do not liked is when employee touching our Baby. “

„Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room ...

„Sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage.

„I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!“

„I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. My flight got delayed and I immediately called the hotel and talked with a lady at the front desk. I told her that my flight was delayed and I would be a late arrival, please don’t give my room away. She looked up my reservation and told me it was no big deal and that she would put a note on my booking. She asked me what ...

„Great location - reasonablely priced - excellent dinner resturants very close by.“

„Cleanliness of the room was really bad. You could tell that housekeeping has given up on the place it appears. Even after requesting an additional cleaning only minor issues were cleaned up. A shame for such a new hotel in a nice location (we liked Homewood a lot).“
