« This house is very well located, with a view on the bay, close to bike rental and close from many SF sites by foot.The owner Robert was very helpful and improved our stay with many great tips, he even guide us to the city and to the Golden Gate Bridge.One warning: you need to consider there are numerous animals (especially cats) in the nearby if you are sensitive to odours ! »

« Very cute basement flat with all the needed amenities — kitchen, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, etc., all in a charming quintessential SF neighborhood. Given that San Francisco can be cold in the summer or winter, the radiant floor heating was most welcome and kept the entire place super-comfy. Vin is a pleasant, attentive host and is a very good, proactive communicator. Top-notch experience! »

« Great location. Sara was very easy to communicate with. In fact, she got in touch with me to let me know we were free to check in early. However, the kitchen was lacking. There was a huge pot on top of the fridge but not a regular sized pot to boil spaghetti. We found baking dishes but they were dirty and had to be rewashed. There were paint cans on top of the fridge which was odd. When looking out the window from the shower, the back porch stairs were pilled with junk. A drawer under the bunk...

« We enjoyed the great location and wonderful views from the rooftop deck of Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding neighborhood. It’s a quick walk to several nice restaurants and shops on Union Street and close to the marina district and Fisherman’s Wharf. Inside was very nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beds, upscale master bath and large kitchen. The host was very responsive and friendly. We would stay here again, it is a perfect place to stay in SF. »
