The Space
Set high on level 12 of the Heritage Tower building, this thoughtfully arranged studio apartment offers a relaxed and comfortable space above the energy of the city below. Natural light filters through large windows, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere that makes the apartment feel open, calm, and inviting.
The open-plan layout has been carefully designed to make the most of the space, combining sleeping, living, and dining areas into one cohesive and functional environment. A comfortable bed with quality linens ensures a restful night’s sleep, while the living area provides a place to relax with a book, watch a movie, or simply unwind after a busy day exploring the city.
A compact yet practical kitchenette allows guests the flexibility to prepare simple meals, enjoy a morning coffee, or store takeaway from the many excellent nearby restaurants.
The bathroom is modern and well maintained, with fresh towels, quality toiletries, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire studio apartment throughout their stay, along with access to the excellent facilities within the Heritage complex.

Guests are also close to the city’s most iconic landmark, the Sky Tower, as well as excellent shopping and dining at Commercial Bay.

The Heritage Tower’s central location makes getting around Auckland simple and convenient. Many of the city’s top attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within easy walking distance.
For public transport connections, Britomart Transport Centre is around a 10–12 minute walk away. From here, guests can access trains, buses, and ferries to destinations across the wider Auckland region.
Ferries from Britomart provide easy access to popular harbour destinations including Waiheke Island and Devonport, both ideal for memorable day trips.
Rideshare services, taxis, buses, and electric scooters are widely available throughout the CBD.
To ensure a smooth and secure check-in, we ask all guests to complete an online pre-check-in form and upload a valid government-issued photo ID prior to arrival.

Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the building.
In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
